摘  要:为了实现废弃丝胶绿色、高质资源化利用,以水为溶剂,利用回收丝胶蛋白多肽(RSP)配置不同浓度溶液,研究其溶液特性与静电纺丝可纺性,重点考察了RSP水溶液的稳定性、稳态流变行为及表面张力,并借助扫描电子显微镜和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪表征了RSP制品的微观形貌及结构。结果表明,RSP溶液浓度可达70%,远高于普通静电纺丝溶液浓度(10%~20%),溶液稳定性良好,且RSP溶液浓度对其稳态流变行为和表面张力影响显著;通过改变RSP浓度(40%~70%)可以实现产品形貌调控,60%RSP水溶液可纺性最佳,RSP纳米纤维成型良好、表面光滑,纵面呈现明显的扁平带状结构,其纤维分布均匀、平均直径为814.84 nm;结构以无规卷曲和α螺旋为主。此外,探讨了RSP纳米纤维作为固态面膜功能层的可行性,其对1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的清除能力分别达67.82%和52.68%,具有较强的抗氧化效果,是一种理想的固态面膜材料。With aim to achieve high quality resource utilization of waste sericin,the characteristics and electro-spinnability of regenerated silk sericin polypeptides(RSP)aqueous solutions were investigated.The stability,steady rheological behavior and surface tension of RSP aqueous solutions were studied.The morphologies and structures of as-fabricated RSP products were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR).The concentration of RSP aqueous solution can reach 70%,which is much higher than that of conventional electrospinning(10%~20%).The RSP solutions have a good storing stability,and the concentration of RSP solution has significant effects on the steady-state rheological behavior and surface tension.The morphology of electrospun RSP products could be tuned by adjusting the concentration of RSP aqueous solution(40%~70%).The spinnability of 60%RSP aqueous solution is the best and the RSP nanofibers are well formed and distributed uniformly with smooth surface.Interestingly,the longitudinal surface shows an obvious flat band structure with the average width of 814.8 nm.The conformations of the RSP nanofibers are mainly of random coil andαhelix.In addition,the feasibility using the as-fabricated RSP nanofibers as functional layer of solid mask was investigated.The RSP nanofibers have good scavenging abilities towards 1,1-diphenyl-2-trinitrophenylhydrazine(DPPH)and superoxide anion free radicals with a radical scavenging rate of 67.82%and 52.68%,respectively,indicating a strong antioxidant effect.The as-fabricated RSP nanofibers is an excellent candidate of solid mask material.
