摘 要:对钛酸钠和钛酸钾的水分、微观形貌、粒度进行分析对比,采用LINK M3900汽车NVH惯量制动器试验台,依据SAE J2522和SAE J2521测试标准,对无铜无锑NAO摩擦材料应用钛酸钠和钛酸钾后的摩擦性能、噪声进行分析对比。结果表明:钛酸钠样品的名义摩擦系数比钛酸钾样品提高了10.3%,在Fade1章节的最低摩擦系数比钛酸钾样品提高了25%。钛酸钠样品的噪声评价等级为AAA,钛酸钾样品的噪声评价等级为AA,钛酸钠样品的噪声表现更优。钛酸钠具有更高的性价比,可以替代进口钛酸钾在无铜无锑NAO摩擦材料中的应用。The properties of moisture,micromorphology and particle size of sodium titanate and potassium titanate were analyzed and compared.Based on SAE J2522 and SAE J2521 test standards,the frictional properties and noise of sodium titanate and potassium titanate after being applied to copper-free and antimony-free NAO friction material was analyzed and compared with LINK M3900 NVH inertia brake test bench.The results show that the nominal friction coefficient of sodium titanate sample is 10.3%higher than that of potassium titanate sample,and the minimum friction coefficient of Fade1 chapter is 25%higher than that of potassium titanate sample.The noise evaluation grade of sodium titanate sample was AAA and that of potassium titanate sample was AA.The noise performance of sodium titanate sample was better.Sodium titanate has better cost performance and can replace imported potassium titanate in the application of copper-free and antimony-free NAO friction material.
