摘 要:电动汽车的PTC水暖加热系统主要作用是在低温环境下加热液体传热介质为车辆提供热能,使电机和电池等关键部件能够正常运行并为乘员舱提供热源。对某型商用车PTC水暖加热系统进行流固耦合传热分析,建立流固耦合传热分析模型,在不同工况下仿真计算。最后将试验结果与仿真结果进行了对比分析,仿真结果与试验结果吻合,该PTC水暖加热系统满足温度和流阻的各项设计要求,为PTC水暖加热系统的结构设计提供了参考。The primary function of the PTC water heater heating system in electric vehicle is to heat the liquid heat transfer medium at low temperatures,providing thermal energy for the vehicle,ensuring the normal operation of key components such as motor and battery,and providing a heat source for the passenger compartment.Conducting a fluid-solid coupling heat transfer analysis of a PTC water heater heating system for a commercial vehicle,establishing a fluid-solid coupling heat transfer analysis model,and conducting simulation calculations under different operating conditions.Finally,the experimental results are compared and analyzed with the simulation results.The simulation results are consistent with the experimental results,indicating that the PTC water heater heating system meets various design requirements for temperature and flow resistance,and also provides a reference for the structural design of PTC water heater heating systems.
