摘 要:在新形势下,针对当前房地产市场结构不合理、供需不匹配、保障不充分、信息不对称和服务不完善等问题,按照中央和湖北省委决策部署,武汉市以互联网思维搭建了全国首个房地产供应链平台—安居链,在探索房地产发展新模式上为全省乃至全国作出了创新实践参考。建议未来通过完善政策体系、加强数据联通、完善平台功能、强化宣传推广等措施,进一步完善安居链平台建设,加快推进房地产行业高质量转型发展。Under the new situation,there are some problems in the real estate market,such as unreasonable structure,mismatch between supply and demand,insufficient guarantee,information asymmetry and imperfect service.According to the central and provincial decision,Wuhan built the first real estate supply chain platform with the Internet thinking in China.Wuhan has made innovative exploration and practical reference for the whole province and even the whole country in building a new model of real estate development.In the future,it is suggested that,measures such as improving the policy system,strengthening data connectivity,improving platform functions,and strengthening publicity and promotion should be taken to further improve the construction of AnJu-Link platform and accelerate the high-quality development of the real estate industry.
