摘 要:煤矿用甲烷传感器主要应用于监测井下巷道环境中甲烷气体浓度,是煤矿安全监控系统监测数据中的重要感知数据来源,其智能化功能应用已经成为了矿用传感器设备的发展趋势;由于甲烷传感器的工作环境恶劣和长期运行,关键部件不可避免会产生疲劳损坏,导致传感器的故障率相对较高;该文针对性研究了供电电源、模拟信号、数字信号等硬件故障诊断方法,设计了独立的硬件故障诊断电路;实时采集供电电源、模拟信号、数字信号等特征数据,构建了故障诊断的优先级识别模型,设计了故障自诊断技术的甲烷传感器,增强了甲烷传感器的工作可靠性,提升了甲烷传感器的智能化应用水平。Methane sensors used in coal mines are mainly used to monitor the concentration of methane gas in the underground tunnel environment.They are an important perceptual data source in the monitoring data of coal mine safety monitoring systems,and their intelligent function application has become the development trend of mining sensor equipment;Due to the harsh working environment and long-term operation of methane sensors,fatigue damage to key components is inevitable,resulting in a relatively high failure rate of the sensor;Targeted research has been conducted on hardware fault diagnosis methods such as power supply,analog signals,and digital signals,and independent hardware fault diagnosis circuits have been designed;Real time collection of characteristic data such as power supply,analog signals,digital signals,etc.has been carried out to construct a priority recognition model for fault diagnosis.A methane sensor with fault self-diagnosis technology has been designed,which enhances the reliability of the methane sensor and enhances its intelligent application level.
