摘　　要：川崎病(Kawasaki disease,KD)是一种急性发热出疹性疾病,其本质为全身血管炎症,如果未及时诊断可导致心肌缺血、冠状动脉损害(coronary arteries lesions,CAL)等并发症,甚至出现死亡。超声心动图(Echocardiographic,ECHO)是一种简单、安全、高效的检查手段,可全面观察心脏的结构与功能,且对于判断冠状动脉的扩张、狭窄具有重要意义,本文旨在讨论超声心动图在KD心血管病变的研究进展。Kawasaki disease(KD)is an acute febrile rash disease characterized by systemic vascular inflammation.If not diagnosed in a timely manner,it can lead to complications such as myocardial ischemia,coronary artery damage(CAL),and even death.Echocardiography(ECHO)is a simple,safe,and efficient examination method that can comprehensively observe the structure and function of the heart,and is of great significance for determining the dilation and stenosis of coronary arteries.This article aims to discuss the research progress of echocardiography in KD cardiovascular disease.
