摘　　要：目的:分析胎心监护仪联合专职助产士在初产妇分娩时的应用价值。方法:2022年5月~2023年12月本院行胎心监护仪及专职助产士,选取62例初产妇为观察组;2018年5月~2020年4月行常规护理58例初产妇为对照组,对比两组母婴预后。结果:观察组疼痛控制好(P<0.05);观察组分娩时间短(P<0.05);观察组剖宫产率及无指征剖宫产率低(P<0.05);观察组并发症少、母乳喂养率高(P<0.05)。结论:胎心监护仪联合专职助产士能降低疼痛、分娩时间、无指征剖宫产率及产后并发症,提高母乳喂养。Objective:To analyze the application value of fetal heart monitor combined with full-time midwives in the delivery of primipara.Methods:From May 2022 to December 2023,fetal heart monitor and full-time midwife were performed in our hospital.62 cases of primipara were selected as the observation group.From May 2018 to April 2020,58 primiparas who received routine care were the control group.The prognosis of mothers and infants in the two groups was compared.Results:The pain of observation group was well controlled(P<0.05);The delivery time of observation group was short(P<0.05);The cesarean section rate and the non-indication cesarean section rate in the observation group were lower(P<0.05);The observation group had fewer complications and higher breastfeeding rate(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of fetal heart monitor and professional midwife can reduce pain,labor time,unindicated cesarean section rate and postpartum complications,and improve breastfeeding.
