摘  要:航空发动机外部管路是影响发动机使用可靠性的重要因素之一。为检测某航空发动机典型外部管路振动应力是否满足要求,本文利用有限元分析方法,分析计算典型管路的固有频率和振动应力分布。同时,结合该发动机台架试验测得的实际振动应力,根据管路振动疲劳试验结果,验证了典型外部管路满足可靠性要求。The external piping of aircraft engines is one of the important factors affecting the reliability of engine operation.To test whether the vibration stress of a typical external pipeline of an aircraft engine meets the requirements,finite element analysis method was used to analyze and calculate the natural frequency and vibration stress distribution of the typical pipeline.At the same time,combined with the actual vibration stress measured by the engine bench test,the reliability requirements of the typical external pipeline were verified based on the results of the pipeline vibration fatigue test.
