摘　　要：在建筑行业快速发展背景下,工程项目施工技术日益丰富,逐渐朝着规范化、技术化的方向发展。然而,招投标管理工作仍需要进一步完善,以打造出公平、公开、透明的招标流程,真正实现管理质量和管理效率的提升。基于此,本文从实际建筑工程项目入手,以某工程项目的招投标管理工作为研究重点,分析了实际工程项目中存在的问题,并提出针对性的管理措施,旨在构建更优化的招投标管理体系,以此促进建筑行业的高质量发展。Under the background of the rapid development of the construction industry,the construction technology of engineering projects is becoming more and more abundant,and it is gradually developing in the direction of standardization and technology.However,the bidding management still needs to be further improved to create a fair,open and transparent bidding process,and truly improve the quality and efficiency of management.Based on this,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the actual construction project and puts forward targeted management measures to build a more optimized bidding management system and promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.
