摘　　要：随着智能制造时代的到来,工业机器人集成系统成为产业升级的关键。工业机器人应用系统集成课程涉及复杂多样的系统集成内容,需融合机械、电子、控制、信息等多学科知识,尤其强调系统间数据传递的理解。传统教学模式受限于硬件成本高、资源有限,难以直观展示数据流动与信号传递过程,影响学生系统思维与创新能力的培养。因此采用理虚实一体的方式开展课程改革研究,通过引入虚拟仿真技术,模拟真实环境下的系统交互,直观展示数据信息的传递,帮助学生深入理解系统协同工作的底层逻辑,提升教学质量与学习效率,培养高素质人才。With the advent of the era of smart manufacturing,industrial robot integrated systems have become pivotal to industrial upgrading.The industrial robot application system integration course involves complex and diverse system integration content,requiring the fusion of multiple disciplines such as mechanical,electronic,control,and information engineering.It particularly emphasizes the understanding of data transmission between systems.Traditional teaching models are constrained by high hardware costs and limited resources,making it difficult to visually demonstrate the process of data flow and signal transmission,thereby hindering the cultivation of students'systematic thinking and innovation abilities.Therefore,a reform study adopting the"integration of theory-virtual-reality"approach has been initiated.By introducing virtual simulation technology,this approach simulates system interactions in real-world environments,visually presenting the transmission of data and information,thereby assisting students in deeply understanding the underlying logic of system collaboration,enhancing teaching quality and learning efficiency,and fostering high-quality talents.
