科学伙伴联结对科技型中小企业成长影响研究

摘　　要：与科学伙伴建立联结是科技型中小企业获取成长所必需的技术创新资源的重要方式,这种联结究竟会如何影响科技型中小企业成长,是一个缺乏充分关注且有待回答的问题。鉴于此,根据动态能力理论与资源拼凑理论等,建立了一个链式中介效应模型来探讨科学伙伴联结对科技型中小企业成长的影响机制,并进一步借助于312份科技型中小企业的调研数据进行实证分析。研究结果发现:(1)科学伙伴联结对科技型中小成长具有显著正向作用;(2)资源拼凑和技术动态能力分别在科学伙伴联结与科技型中小企业成长之间起到部分中介作用;(3)资源拼凑和技术动态能力在科学伙伴联结与科技型中小企业成长之间中起到链式中介作用。研究结论有利于增进对于科学伙伴联结与科技型中小企业成长之间内在关联的理解,对促进科技型中小企业成长提供了重要的理论依据与实践参考。At present,China's economy has shifted from high-speed growth to high-quality development,and accelerating the realization of high-level technological self-reliance and self-improvement is the only way to promote high-quality development.The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that strengthening the dominant position of enterprises in scientific and technological innovation,leveraging the leading and supporting role of technology-based backbone enterprises,and creating a favorable environment for the growth of technology-based small and micro enterprises.As the main force of Chinas strategy of strengthening the country through science and technology,technology-based SMEs are a group of small and medium-sized enterprises engaged in the research and development,production,and service of high-tech products.They have the dual characteristics of technology and economy,and play an important role in enhancing Chinas scientific and technological innovation capabilities,driving high-quality economic and social development,and promoting social employment.However,most of China's technology-based SMEs lack sufficient resources and capabilities to sustain innovation activities,have a short life cycle,face difficulties in financing,weak core competitiveness,and other issues,which seriously hinder the sustained growth of technology-based SMEs.Therefore,in the context of the national strategy of technological self-reliance and the establishment of a technological powerhouse,how to effectively promote the sustained and rapid growth of technology-based SMEs has become an important issue that needs to be urgently addressed in China sacademicandpracticalcommunities.On the one hand,resources are the foundation of enterprise growth.From the perspective of the enterprise itself,technology-based SMEs have the characteristics of high investment,high research and development,high risk,and short life cycle.They are constrained by the dual pressure of emerging weak and resource constraints,forcing them
