摘　　要：目的分析伽玛刀体部立体定向放疗(SBRT)联合肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)治疗原发性肝癌(PHC)的效果。方法60例PHC患者随机分为两组,对照组予以TACE治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以伽玛刀SBRT治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、血清肿瘤标志物、肝功能。结果治疗后,观察组的疾病控制率高于对照组,CEA、AFP、TBIL、AST、ALT水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论伽玛刀SBRT联合TACE可提高PHC的肿瘤局部控制率,使肿瘤标志物复常,改善患者的肝功能。Objective To analyze the effect of Gamma knife stereotactic body radiotherapy(SBRT)combined with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)in the treatment of primary hepatic cancer(PHC).Methods A total of 60 patients with PHC were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with TACE,and the observation group was treated with Gamma knife SBRT on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,serum tumor markers and liver function were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the disease control rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the levels of CEA,AFP,TBIL,AST and ALT were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Gamma knife SBRT combined with TACE can improve the local control rate of PHC,normalize tumor markers and improve the liver function of patients.
