摘　　要：目的分析可摘式活动基托矫治器联合螺旋扩弓器治疗上颌第一恒磨牙不可逆性异位萌出的临床效果。方法50例上颌第一恒磨牙不可逆性异位萌出患儿随机分为两组,对照组给予改良Halterman矫治器治疗,研究组给予可摘式活动基托矫治器联合螺旋扩弓器治疗,比较两组的临床参数、患侧第二乳磨牙牙根吸收程度。结果治疗后,研究组的第一恒磨牙近中倾斜角度、嵌入量及完全萌出时间均明显低于对照组,患侧第二乳磨牙牙根吸收程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论可摘式活动基托矫治器联合螺旋扩弓器治疗上颌第一恒磨牙不可逆性异位萌出的效果显著。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of removable active base appliance combined with spiral expander in the treatment of irreversible ectopic eruption of maxillary first permanent molar.Methods 50 children with irreversible ectopic eruption of maxillary first permanent molar were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with modified Halterman appliance,and the study group was treated with removable active base appliance combined with spiral expander.The clinical parameters and root resorption of the second deciduous molar on the affected side were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the mesial inclination angle,embedding amount and complete eruption time of the first permanent molar in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the root resorption degree of the second deciduous molar on the affected side was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Removable active base appliance combined with spiral expander in the treatment of irreversible ectopic eruption of maxillary first permanent molar has significant effect.
