摘　　要：目的探究动力性团体心理联合文拉法辛在成人抑郁症中的应用效果。方法选取2022年8月至2023年8月河南省荣康医院收治的108例成人抑郁症患者,根据随机数表法分为两组,每组54例,给予对照组文拉法辛治疗,于此基础上观察组加用动力性团体心理疗法。观察两组临床疗效、干预前后希望感(ADHS)、病耻感(SIS)、认知功能(RBANS)及事件相关电位P300相关指标。结果两组总有效率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组ADHS评分高于对照组,SIS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组RBANS评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组波幅高于对照组,潜伏期低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在成人抑郁症治疗中动力性团体心理联合文拉法辛效果确切,可减轻患者病耻感,改善希望水平,提升认知功能。Objective To explore the application effect of dynamic group psychology combined with venlafaxine in adult depression.Methods A total of 108 adult patients with depression admitted to Rongkang Hospital of Henan Province from August 2022 to August 2023 were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with venlafaxine,and the observation group was treated with dynamic group psychotherapy.The clinical efficacy,and adult dispositional hope scale(ADHS),social impact scale(SIS)and repeatable battery for the assessment of neuropsychological status(RBANS)before and after the intervention,as well as the event-related potential P300-related index were observed in the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups when compared to the total effective rate(P>0.05).After intervention,the ADHS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while the SIS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the RBANS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the amplitude of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while the latency was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of adult depression,dynamic group psychotherapy combined with venlafaxine has a definite therapeutic effect,which can reduce patients’stigma,improve their hope level,and enhance their cognitive function.
