摘　　要：仁与义的法则、标准,也称仁义之道。董仲舒强调,推行仁爱的方法,在于爱他人,而不是爱自己;推行道义的方法,首先应该严格要求自己,而不是苛求他人。董仲舒希望当政者严格要求自己,以宽厚的态度对待别人。董仲舒的仁义之法发展了儒家仁义思想。The term refers to principles or standards of benevolence and righteousness,also called the way of benevolence and righteousness.Dong Zhongshu emphasized that in promoting benevolence one should love others,not oneself,and that in promoting righteousness one should first be strict with oneself rather than be demanding of others.He expressed the hope that those in power could exercise stringent self-discipline but be empathetic and accommodating to others.His standards of benevolence and righteousness carried forward the Confucian thought of benevolence and righteousness.
