摘　　要：《伤寒论》创立的六经辨证理论体系奠定了中医临床学基础。但古往今来对于六经病病位的认识,中医界没有一个统一的说法。其中,对于太阳病,基本认为其病位在表,但仅以表论之,则有过于笼统而失详尽之嫌。文章认为,太阳病的病位不仅在于膀胱经和肺,更在于心,原因有四:一则心部于表;二则太阳以胸中为府,而心是胸中重要脏腑;三则太阳的欲解时“巳午未”,关键在于午,而午为心之时;四则太阳病之治在于汗法,而汗法不离乎心。The theory system of six meridians syndrome differentiation established by Shanghan Lun has laid a clinical foundation of TCM.However,there is no unified view in TCM field on the understanding of the six meridians disease location.Among them,Taiyang diseases are generally considered to be located in the surface,but it is too general and not detailed to talk about them only in the surface.It is believed that the location of sun disease lies not only in the bladder and lung,but also in the heart.Firstly,diseases of the heart are manifested on the surface.Secondly,Taiyang is in the chest as the house.And the heart is an important viscera in the chest.Thirdly,the time about Taiyang s desire to recover is time of Wu,which is the important time of heart.The method of sweating is related to the heart.
