摘 要:目的 探讨改良型匀浆膳制剂用于老年大肠癌患者术后的疗效。方法 老年大肠癌患者112例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组56例。观察组术后肠内营养给予改良型匀浆膳制剂,对照组术后给予肠外营养及自制流质饮食。治疗2周后,比较两组患者的营养状态、免疫功能及术后并发症发生情况。结果 治疗2周后,观察组患者红细胞计数、血红蛋白、总蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白、IgG、IgM和IgA均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症发生率为5.36%,低于对照组的32.14%(P<0.05)。结论 改良型匀浆膳制剂能够改善老年大肠癌患者术后营养状态及免疫功能,减少术后并发症发生。Objective To observe the efficacy of modified homogenate diet preparation in postoperative treatment of elderly patients with colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 112 elderly patients with colorectal cancer were randomly divided into two groups,with 56 cases each.Group A was given modified homogenate diet preparation for enteral nutrition after operation,and group B was given parenteral nutrition and self-made liquid diet after operation.The nutritional status,immune function and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared after 2 weeks of treatment.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,red blood cell count,hemoglobin,total protein,albumin,prealbumin,IgG,IgM and IgA were higher in group A than those in group B(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was lower in group A than that in group B(5.36%vs.32.14%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified homogenate diet preparation can improve the nutritional status and immune function and reduce postoperative complications in elderly patients with colorectal cancer.
