摘 要:产教融合以科技和人才为核心要素,贯通教育和产业两大系统,与产教融合1.0的依托企业、引企入校,主动建构“师资共享、人才共育、资源共建、基地共用”的校企合作理念相比,产教融合2.0以总体格局和战略拥抱行业为理念,以创新型人才培养为核心,着眼于行业发展人才总体需求,聚焦行业创新型人才能力要求,依靠科研创新载体作用赋能,依托产教共同体平台应用新技术,推动行业院校创新型人才改革。产教融合2.0人才培养实现了“跳出知识看知识、跳出产业看产业、跳出教育看教育”的跨越,培养理念的践行将带动行业院校创新型人才培养能力的持续提升。The integration of industry and education takes technology and talent as the core elements,connecting the two major systems of education and industry.Compared with the school enterprise cooperation concept of“teacher sharing,talent co-education,resource co-construction,and base sharing”that relies on enterprises and attracts enterprises into schools in the industry-education integration 1.0,the industry-education integration 2.0 embraces the industry as the overall pattern and strategy,takes the cultivation of innovative talents as a core,focuses on the overall demand for talent development in the industry and the ability requirements of innovative talents in the industry,relies on the role of scientific research and innovation carriers to empower,depends on the platform of the industry-education community to apply new technologies,and promotes the reform of innovative talents in industry colleges.The industry-education integration 2.0 in talent cultivation has achieved a leap of“looking beyond knowledge to knowledge,industry to industry,and education to education”.The practice of the cultivation concept will drive the continuous improvement of innovative talent cultivation ability in industry colleges.
