摘　　要：本文利用初等方法,结合同余方程解的个数与经典高斯和的性质研究了一类二项指数和五次均值的计算问题,并给出了精确的计算公式.The main purpose of this paper is using the elementary methods,the number of the solutions of some congruence equations and the properties of the classical Gauss sums to study the calculating problem of the fifth power mean of one kind two-term exponential sums,and give the exact calculating formula for it.
