摘 要:随着全球老龄化的加剧,老视逐渐成为一个全球性的问题,老视矫正手术在近些年不断涌现。激光技术的应用为屈光手术带来了极大的便利,同样其在老视的矫正中也发挥着越来越重要的作用,准分子激光和飞秒激光技术的出现,打开了老视手术治疗的新世界,为老视手术矫正带来了新的希望。文章主要就准分子激光和飞秒激光技术在老视手术中的应用以及新进展展开叙述。With the intensification of global aging,presbyopia has gradually become a global problem,and presbyopia correction surgery has emerged in recent years.The application of laser technology has brought great convenience to refractive surgery,and it also plays an increasingly important role in the correction of presbyopia.The emergence of excimer laser and femtosecond laser technology has opened a new world of surgical treatment for presbyopia,and brought new hope for surgical correction of presbyopia.In this paper,the application and new progress of excimer laser and femtosecond laser in presbyopia surgery are described.
