摘  要:蛋白质作为生命活动最重要的物质基础之一,在畜禽营养中扮演着不可替代的角色。目前我国蛋白饲料短缺的现状严重制约了畜牧业的发展,利用甲烷、一氧化碳、甲醇、秸秆等发酵生产新型单细胞蛋白,形成低成本、非传统动植物资源生产蛋白的新方式,为新型蛋白源开发开辟了广阔前景,是解决我国蛋白资源短缺和实现节能减排的有效途径。文章综述了蛋白饲料资源现状、新型单细胞蛋白饲料资源开发技术以及在动物生产中的应用,以期为缓解我国蛋白饲料资源短缺和促进畜牧业健康可持续发展提供新思路。As one of the most important material basis of life activities,protein plays an irreplaceable role in livestock and poultry nutrition.At present,the shortage of protein feed in China seriously restricts the development of animal husbandry.The production of new single-cell proteins by using the methane,carbon monoxide,methanol,straw and other fermentation not only has high production efficiency,but also reduces production costs,which opens up broad prospects for the development of the feed industry.It is an effective way to solve the shortage of protein resources in China and achieve energy conservation and emission reduction.This paper reviewed the current situation of protein feed resources,the development technology of new single cell protein feed resources and its application in animal production,in order to provide new ideas for alleviating the shortage of protein feed resources and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of animal husbandry in China.
