摘 要:试验旨在研究饲粮中添加番茄红素对AFB1诱导的肉鸡屠宰性能、免疫和消化功能损伤的缓解作用。将144只1日龄爱拔益加肉仔鸡公鸡随机分为3个处理组;每个处理6个重复(每个重复8只鸡)。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,AFB1组在基础饲粮中添加100μg/kg AFB1,AFB1+番茄红素组在基础饲粮中添加100μg/kg AFB1和200 mg/kg番茄红素。结果表明,与AFB1组相比,饲粮添加番茄红素提高了胸肌率(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,AFB1组的胸腺指数和脾脏指数、42日龄回肠中SIgA的含量、42日龄空肠中的乳糖酶活性以及回肠蔗糖酶和乳糖酶活性显著降低(P<0.05)。与AFB1组相比,AFB1+番茄红素组的脾脏指数显著提高(P<0.05),21日龄空肠中的SIgA含量显著提高(P<0.05),42日龄空肠乳糖酶活性和回肠蔗糖酶活性显著提高(P<0.05)。因此,在肉鸡饲粮中添加番茄红素能够缓解AFB1诱导的免疫和消化功能损伤。The aim of this experiment was to investigate the mitigating effect of dietary lycopene on AFB1-induced impairments in carcass characteristic,immunity and digestion in broiler chickens.One hundred and forty-four 1-day-old’Aber Acres male broilers were randomly divided into three treatment groups;six replicates(eight birds per replicate)were used for each treatment.The control group was fed a basal diet,the AFB1 group was supplemented with 100μg/kg AFB1 in the basal diet,and the AFB1+Lycopene group was supplemented with 100μg/kg AFB1 and 200 mg/kg lycopene in the basal diet.The results showed that diet supplemented with lycopene increased pectoral muscle rate(P<0.05)compared to the AFB1 group.Thymus and spleen indices,SIgA content in 42 d ileum,lactase activity in 42 d jejunum,and ileal sucrase and lactase activities were significantly lower(P<0.05)in the AFB1 group compared to the control group.Compared to the AFB1 group,the AFB1+Lycopene group showed significantly higher splenic index,significantly higher SIgA content in the jejunum at 21 d,significantly higher jejunal lactase activity and ileal sucrase activity at 42 d.Therefore,the addition of lycopene in broiler diets can alleviate AFB1-induced immune and digestive impairments.
