摘 要:为探究不同品种油茶叶片儿茶素组成和含量与叶片炭疽病害间关系,通过测定长林系油茶品种叶片4种主要的儿茶素单体化合物的含量,分析品种间差异,叶位分布特征,与炭疽病害的相关性,为油茶高抗品种筛选提供依据。采用液相色谱法测定油茶枝条不同部位叶片的儿茶素、表没食子儿茶素、表儿茶素没食子酸酯、表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯等4种主要的儿茶素化合物单体含量;调查枝条不同叶位叶片病害情况,分析儿茶素单体化合物在油茶品种间差异及与炭疽病害关系。结果显示不同品种油茶叶片儿茶素单体化合物的平均含量存在差异,但尚不显著(P>0.05);油茶叶片中,酯型儿茶素类化合物(EGCG、ECG)含量达到50%以上,其中表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)含量最高且与其他儿茶素的差异显著(P<0.05);油茶叶炭疽发病率与儿茶素单体化合物总含量在油茶枝条空间位置上呈现出负相关性,相关度达到中度以上。实验表明4种主要儿茶素单体化合物含量与油茶品质,油茶抗病强弱的具有相关性,可作为指标在油茶品质,抗病性的优质品系筛选上提供全面性评价。酯型儿茶素类化合物(EGCG、ECG)可作为优质品系初步快速筛选提供依据。具体的普遍适用性及4种主要儿茶素单体在油茶叶片病菌抑制上的浓度、协同作用机制还需要深入研究。To explore the connection between the composition and content of catechin monomers in leaves of different Camellia oleifera varieties and leaf anthracnose disease,the content of four major catechin monomer compounds in the leaves of Changlin series C.oleifera varieties was measured.The differences between varieties,the distribution characteristics of leaf positions,and the correlation with anthracnose disease were analyzed to provide a basis for the selection of high-resistant C.oleifera varieties.The content of four main catechin compound monomers,including epicatechin(EC),epigallocatechin(EGC),epicatechin gallate(ECG),and epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG),in leaves from different parts of C.oleifera branches were determined by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).We investigated the disease situation of different leaf positions on branches and analyzed the differences of catechin monomeric compounds among C.oleifera clones and their correlation with diseases.The results showed that there were differences in the average content of catechin monomers in different clones of C.oleifera leaves,but not significant(P>0.05);In C.oleifera leaves,the content of ester type catechin compounds(EGCG,ECG)exceeds 50%,among which epigallocatechin gallate ester(EGCG)has the highest content and significant differences from other catechins(P<0.05);The incidence of anthracnose in C.oleifera leaves shows a negative correlation with the total content of catechin monomer compounds along the spatial position of C.oleifera branches,with a correlation degree reaching moderate or above. The experiments demonstrate that the content of the four major catechin monomer compounds correlates with thequality and disease resistance of C. oleifera, and can serve as indicators for comprehensive evaluation in the selection ofsuperior strains for quality and disease resistance in C. oleifera.
