摘 要:发明问题解决算法(ARIZ)是发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)中专门用于解决复杂问题的方法。它集成了多个TRIZ方法及工具,设定了一套从问题分析到方案优选的系统性问题思考及解决流程。当前汽车后排座椅结构都使用金属材料,整体重量大,成型和装配工艺复杂,为了降低重量、减少工装,提出了以塑代钢的概念,后排座椅使用塑料靠背。但是塑料材料性能具有局限性,难以通过法规的要求,导致易出现碎裂的问题。利用ARIZ及知识库进行创造性的思考,按照流程逐步实施ARIZ的9个关键步骤,分析问题模型,最终实现后排靠背板以塑代钢的轻量化研究。Algorithm for inventive problem solving(ARIZ)is a specialized method in the theory of invention problem solving(TRIZ)for solving complex problems.It integrates multiple TRIZ methods and tools to set a set of systematic problem thinking and solution process from problem analysis to solution selection.At present,the automobile rear seat structure are metal materials,the overall quality is large,the forming and assembly process is complex,in order to reduce weight,reduce tooling,put forward the concept of plastic instead of steel,the rear seat use plastic backrest,but the the performance of plastic materials have limitations,it is difficult to pass the requirements of regulations,causing prone to fragmentation problems.Use ARIZ and knowledge base for creative thinking and solution,gradually implement the 9 key steps of ARIZ according to the process,analyze the problem model,and finally realize the innovative research of replacing steel with plastic by the back panel is realized.
