屈光矫正疗法联合精细目力训练治疗大龄儿童屈光不正性弱视的临床效果

摘  要:目的探讨屈光矫正疗法联合精细目力训练治疗大龄儿童屈光不正性弱视的临床效果。方法选取北京市平谷区妇幼保健院于2020年9月至2022年12月收治的98例屈光不正性弱视患儿进行回顾性分析。根据不同治疗方案,将患儿分为对照组(49例,屈光矫正疗法)与试验组(49例,屈光矫正疗法联合精细目力训练),比较两组治疗效果。结果和对照组相比,试验组治疗总有效率更高(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组视力、屈光度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组视力、屈光度均改善,且相较于对照组,试验组视力、屈光度更优(P<0.05)。结论对屈光不正性弱视的大龄儿童实施屈光矫正疗法结合精细目力训练,能够提高治疗效果,改善视力,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of refractive correction therapy combined with fine visual training in the treatment of ametropic amblyopia in older children.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the 98 children with ametropic ametropia who were admitted to Beijing Pinggu Maternal and Child Health Hospital from September 2020 to December 2022.According to different treatment plans,the children were divided into control group(49 cases,refractive correction therapy)and experimental group(49 cases,refractive correction therapy combined with fine visual training),and the treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of experimental group was higher(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in visual acuity and diopter between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the visual acuity and diopter of the two groups were improved,and compared with the control group,the visual acuity and diopter of experimental group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of refractive correction therapy and fine visual training for older children with ametropic amblyopia can improve the treatment effect and visual acuity,which is worthy of promotion.
