摘  要:牙齿缺失后,牙槽骨缺乏生理性的刺激导致其逐渐吸收萎缩及牙槽骨高度和宽度降低,最终造成骨量不足,为后期义齿修复增加了难度。因此,如何保存骨量及最大限度减少牙槽骨吸收是目前研究的热点。牙槽骨位点保存方法及相关生物材料的应用是减缓牙齿缺失后牙槽骨吸收的重要治疗手段。本文就牙槽骨位点保存方法及相关生物材料的研究进展进行综述,为临床工作中牙拔除术后牙槽骨的保存提供参考,以期获得足够的骨量进而为后期种植修复提供良好条件。The lack of physiological stimulation of alveolar bone leads to gradual absorption and atrophy and the reduction of the height and width of alveolar bone following tooth extraction,which results in insufficient bone mass and increases the difficulty of future prosthodontic treatment.Therefore,how to preserve bone mass and minimize alveolar bone resorption is the focus of current research.Methods of alveolar bone preservation and application of related biomaterials are important treatments to slow down alveolar bone resorption following tooth extraction.This paper reviews the research progress in methods and related biomaterials of alveolar bone preservation,providing reference for the preservation of alveolar bone after tooth extraction in clinical work,so as to obtain sufficient bone mass and provide good conditions for later implant restoration.
