摘  要:磁场调制型磁齿轮变速技术基于磁场调制原理实现高效、无接触传动,有效改善了传统磁力齿轮中磁体利用率低带来的低转矩密度、低传动比等问题,可替代机械齿轮变速装置加以推广应用。介绍了磁场调制型磁齿轮工作原理,从拓扑结构角度进行分类,对比介绍了不同种类磁场调制型磁齿轮的结构特点、传动性能等,分析总结了磁场调制型磁齿轮在变速传动领域的应用进展。The field modulation magnetic gear transmission technology is based on the principle of field modulation to achieve efficient and contactless transmission,effectively improving the problems of low torque density and low transmission ratio caused by the low utilization of magnets in traditional magnetic gears.It is expected to replace mechanical gear transmission devices for promotion and application.The working principle of field modulation magnetic gears was introduced,field modulation magnetic gears were classified from the perspective of topological structure,and the structural characteristics and transmission performance of different types of modulation magnetic gears were compared.The application progress of field modulation magnetic gears was analysed and summarized in the field of the variable speed transmission.
