摘 要:针对油泵柱塞组件的旋压收口工艺问题,考虑旋压收口有效评价指标给出其数值求解方法,并基于该方法对其旋压过程进行仿真分析。基于某柱塞组件模型建立其有限元模型,并通过对比旋压力仿真结果以验证建模及仿真方法的有效性。进而,仿真分析该柱塞组件的旋压收口过程,并分别计算旋压过程的旋压力、拉脱力及轴向间隙。仿真结果表明:旋压成形过程中应力相对集中在滑靴与旋轮的接触部位,且滑靴的周向应力分布较为均匀;此外,当柱塞与滑靴内球面的上半面产生接触时开始产生旋压力,并呈现先增大后减小的变化趋势。拉脱力亦呈现随着时间先增大后缓慢下降的变化趋势。同时,明确了可通过分析柱塞与滑靴接触面之间的轴向压力来获取轴向游隙。A numerical method is presented to solve the spinning process of oil pump plunger assembly considering the effective evaluation index in this paper.The finite element model of a plunger assembly is established based on its model,and the validity of the modeling and simulation method is verified by comparing the spinning force simulation results.Then,the spinning and closing process of the plunger assembly is simulated and analyzed,and the spinning force,pulling force and axial clearance are calculated respectively.The simulation results show that the stress is relatively concentrated on the contact part between the slipper and the roller,and the circumferential stress distribution of the slipper is uniform,when the plunger contacts with the upper half of the spherical surface in the slipper,the spinning pressure begins to produce,and shows a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.The pull force also showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing slowly with time.At the same time,it is clear that the axial clearance can be obtained by analyzing the axial pressure between the plunger and the slipper contact surface.
