国医大师杨春波分期辨治残胃炎经验探析

摘　　要：残胃炎是临床常见的消化系统疾病,中医药治疗具有独特优势。国医大师杨春波教授精于消化系统疾病的诊治,对残胃炎的中医药治疗经验丰富,认为本病的基本病机是胃损脾虚、络瘀食积,并应在此基础上分期辨治,急性期应清化湿热方予杨氏清化饮加减;缓解期应分虚实调补,兼见气机失和证予枳实消痞丸、痰湿阻滞证予楂曲平胃散、气血两虚证予八珍汤、肾精亏虚证予胃炎一号加减,验之于临床,每获良效。Residual gastritis is a common digestive disorder in clinical practice,and traditional Chinese medicine has a unique advantage in its management.Professor YANG Chunbo,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,is expert in the diagnosis and treatment of digestive diseases and has rich experience in the treatment of residual gastritis.He believes that the basic pathogenesis of this disease is stomach impairment and spleen deficiency,blood stasis and food accumulation,and should be differentiated and treated by stages on this basis.The relief period should be divided into the deficiency and tonification.Specifically,for Qi machinery failure syndrome,Zhishi Xiaopi Pill is recommended;for phlegm and dampness block syndrome,Zhaqu Pingwei Powder is prescribed;for Qi and blood deficiency syndrome,Bazhen Decoction is administered;and for kidney essence deficiency syndrome,a modified version of Gastritis No.1 is employed.These treatments have been clinically validated and have demonstrated favorable outcomes.
