摘　　要：本文报道1例以排便困难为主要表现的系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)合并直肠溃疡并狭窄的少见病例,并通过多次多学科会诊和医患共同决策,最后结合手术病理综合诊断考虑一元论:SLE累及直肠。该患者历经药物、内镜下局部治疗和手术治疗后,预后良好。This article reports a rare case of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)complicated with rectal ulcer and stenosis,with difficulty in defecation as the main manifestation.Through multiple multidisciplinary consultations and joint decision-making between doctors and patients,combined with surgical and pathological comprehensive diagnosis,monism is considered:SLE affects the rectum.The patient has a good prognosis after undergoing medication,endoscopic local treatment,and surgical treatment.
