鼻内镜下联合低温等离子射频消融治疗鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜下联合低温等离子射频消融治疗鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的疗效。方法选择2019年1月-2022年12月期间在盐城市大丰人民医院就诊的32例鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤手术治疗患者,回顾分析其临床资料。根据临床治疗方案的不同将其分为不同组别,研究组(20例)以鼻内镜下联合低温等离子射频消融治疗,参照组12例采取单纯鼻内镜下肿瘤切除术治疗,对两组治疗后的临床效果,恢复情况及复发情况等进行对比分析。结果研究组术中出血量(50.36±11.16)ml、住院时间(3.25±1.02)d、术后半年复发率为15.00%均显著低于参照组,差异比较显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后疼痛评分(1.28±0.25)分显著低于参照组,差异比较显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对鼻腔鼻突内翻性乳头状瘤患者实施鼻内镜下联合低温等离子射频消融进行治疗,效果肯定,具有明显优势,如出血量少,患者疼痛感轻,术后复发几率低等,显著优于单纯鼻内镜下肿瘤切除术,值得推广。Objective To investigate the efficacy of nasal endoscope combined with low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of inverted papilloma of nasal cavity and sinuses.Methods 32 patients with inverted papilloma of nasal cavity and sinuses who received surgical treatment in Dafeng People's Hospital of Yancheng City from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected,and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into different groups according to different clinical treatment plans.The study group(20 cases)received nasal endoscopic combined radiofrequency ablation with low temperature plasma,and the reference group(12 cases)received simple nasal endoscopic tumor resection.The clinical effect,recovery and recurrence of the two groups after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results The intraoperative blood loss of the study group(50.36±11.16)ml,length of stay(3.25±1.02)d,and recurrence rate of half a year after surgery(15.00%)were significantly lower than those of the reference group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The postoperative pain score of the study group(1.28±0.25)was significantly lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic treatment combined with low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation for patients with inverted papilloma of the nasal cavity and sinuses has positive effects and obvious advantages,such as less blood loss,less pain,and low recurrence rate after surgery,which is significantly superior to simple endoscopic tumor resection,and worthy of promotion.
