耳廓瘢痕疙瘩术后博来霉素辅助治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究手术切除联合博来霉素治疗耳廓瘢痕疙瘩的疗效分析;方法选取作者医院2018年1月到2023年1月在我院治疗的耳廓瘢痕120名,随机分成对照组一组、对照组二组、研究组,各40例,对照组一组为手术切除联合放疗对症治疗,对照组二组为单纯手术切除联合糖皮质激素对症治疗,研究组为手术切除联合博来霉素对症治疗。术后常规随访6个月,观察患者的疗效及比较前后VSS评分以及术后复发及感染情况;结果对照组2与对照组1相比较,对照组2有效率(75.25%)明显高于对照组1(62.45%),研究组有效率(82.5%)高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。VSS评分比较:术后三组对比,研究组VSS评分均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论手术切除治疗联合博来霉素注射治疗对于耳廓瘢痕疙瘩更有效,减低了复发率的同时,增加了治疗的安全性,对于避免耳廓瘢痕的复发,有更好的临床意义,值得推广及应用。Objective To study the efficacy analysis of surgical resection and bleomycin for auricular keloid;Method 120 auricular scars treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2023 were randomly divided into control group,control group and study group,40 cases each,control group:symptomatic treatment for surgical resection and radiotherapy,control group:simple surgical resection and glucocorticoid,and study group:surgical resection and bleomycin.After routine follow-up for 6 months,the efficacy and VsS score and postoperative recurrence andinfection were observed;Results Compared with control group 2,the effective rate of control group 2(75.25%)was significantly higher than control group 1(62.45%),and the effective rate(82.5%)was higher,and the difference was statistically significant.Comparison of vSS score:after the three groups,the VSS score of the study group was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Conclusion Surgical resection treatment combined with bleomycin injection is more effective for auricle keloid,reduced the recurrence rate,increased the safety of treatment,and has better clinical significance for avoiding the recurrence of auricle scar,which is worth promotion and application.
