脑干听觉诱发电位在前庭中枢性眩晕分类诊断中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析脑干听觉诱发电位在前庭中枢性眩晕临床分类诊断中的效果分析。方法选择2022年1月~2023年1月期间在本院治疗前庭系统性眩晕的50例患者,设其为研究组;选择2022年1月~2023年1月期间在本院进行健康体检的50例健康者,设其为对照组。两组患者均接受脑干听觉诱发电位检查。观察研究组中脑干听觉诱发电位异常状况,对比两组的I~III波、II~V波、I~V波的潜伏期和波峰间期。结果研究组中脑干听觉诱发电位异常率为80%(40/50),其中周围性眩晕有16例(40%),中枢性眩晕有24例(60%)。研究组I~III波、III~V波、I~V波的潜伏期和I~II波、II~V波、I~V波的波峰间期均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过脑干听觉诱发电位检测I~II波、III~V波、I~V波的潜伏期和波峰间期可以准确判断患者是否患有前庭系统性眩晕,鉴别眩晕类型为周围性眩晕或中枢性眩晕。Objective To analyze the role of brainstem auditory evoked potential(BAEP)in the clinical classification of vestibular central vertigo.Methods 50 patients with vestibular system vertigo treated in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study group.50 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as control group.All patients received brainstem auditory evoked potential examination.The abnormal rate of brainstem auditory evoked potential(BAEP)in the study group was observed,and the latency and peak interval of wave I~III,wave III-V and wave I-V were compared between the two groups.Results The abnormal rate of BAEP was 80%(40/50)in the study group,including 16 cases(40%)of peripheral vertigo and 24 cases(60%)of central vertigo.The latencies of wave I~,wave III~V and wave I~V and the peak intervals of wave I~III,wave III~V and wave I~V in study group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The latencies and interpeak intervals of I~III,III-V and I~V waves can be used to determine whether the patients have vestibular vertigo,and to differentiate the vertigo types as peripheral vertigo or central vertigo.
