探讨手术室优质护理用于耳鼻喉科手术中的效果

摘　　要：目的本文现对耳鼻喉科患者开展手术室优质护理,对其实际应用效果予以探究。方法将2020年11月至2022年11月我院耳鼻喉科纳入的84例手术治疗的患者作为本次研究对象,针对其入院时间节点分为对照组与研究组,每组各为42例。对照组执行手术室常规护理,研究组予以手术室优质护理,对比2组护理前后心理状态、疼痛评分、创面恢复时间与住院时间。结果研究组创面恢复与住院时间均短于对照组,组间对比结果P<0.05;干预前2组心理状态与疼痛评分对比结果无差异P>0.05,干预后研究组VAS、HAMA、HAMD等评分均低于对照组,对比统计学处理结果显示P<0.05。结论分析手术室优质护理实施于耳鼻喉科手术当中,整体应用价值极为显著,可有效缓解患者疼痛情况,缩短其创面恢复时间与住院时间,对于改善患者心理状态也尤为重要。Objective This paper is to carry out high quality nursing in the operating room for otolaryngology patients,to explore its practical application effect.Methods 84 patients admitted to the Department of Otolaryngology of our hospital from November 2020 to November 2022 who underwent surgical treatment were selected as subjects of this study.According to their admission time nodes,they were divided into control group and study group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing in the operating room,while the research group received high-quality nursing in the operating room.The psychological state,pain score,wound recovery time and hospital stay before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The wound recovery and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the comparison result between groups was P<0.05.Before intervention,there was no difference in psychological state and pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,VAS,HAMA and HAMD scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the results of comparative statistical treatment showed that P<0.05.Conclusion The overall application value of high-quality nursing in operating room is very significant in ENT surgery,which can effectively relieve the pain of patients,shorten the time of wound recovery and hospital stay,and is particularly important for improving the psychological state of patients.
