摘　　要：为研究大学生就业压力的影响因素及其应对策略,借助问卷数据开展探讨。通过信度检验和描述性统计分析确认了问卷的信度和有效性,揭示了大学生在学业、经济和心理压力方面普遍面临的挑战。通过相关性分析发现,不同压力维度之间的相关性及不同年级学生在面对压力时的差异性,认为大学生在面对就业压力时普遍受到学业、经济和心理压力的影响,这些压力之间存在着密切的相关性;不同年级学生在面对压力时存在明显差异,高年级学生承受着更多的压力。为减轻学生压力,建议加强对大学生的心理健康教育和支持,提供更多的职业指导和实习机会,同时关注其经济状况,为其提供更多的经济支持和帮助。The study analyzes the influencing factors and coping strategies of the employment pressure of college students,and discusses with questionnaire data.The study confirms reliability and validity of the questionnaire with reliability test and descriptive statistical analysis,and reveals the challenges faced by college students in academic,economic and psychological pressure.Through the correlation analysis,it is found that there is correlation between different pressure dimensions and the differences of students in different grades in the face of pressure.It is believed that college students are generally affected by academic,economic and psychological pressure when facing employment pressure.There is close correlation between these pressures.There are obvious differences among students in different grades in the face of pressure,and senior students bear more pressure.In order to reduce the pressure on students,it is suggested to strengthen the mental health education and support for college students,provide more career guidance and internship opportunities,and pay attention to their economic status,so as to provide more economic support and help.
