艺术设计专业人才培养成效的定量评价与权重调整

摘  要:构建艺术设计专业人才培养效果评价指标体系对精准衡量教育质量、引领教学优化及推动艺术人才综合素质的全面提升具有显著价值。为运用多维度层次分析法对艺术设计专业人才的培养成效进行深入评估,设计的评估体系涵盖了学生综合素质、专业基础知识与实践、创新能力与创新成果、社会认可度与就业前景、教学与师资水平五大方面。通过权重排序分析发现,创新能力是艺术设计专业人才培养效果中的核心环节,实践环节、毕业设计、学员就业率及社会认可度构成次要关键环节。评价指标体系的构建应秉持“学生中心、成果导向、持续改进”的核心原则,不断推进体系完善与创新,确保教育评价工作能够真正服务于人才培养质量的全面提升。The establishment of the evaluation index system for the training effect of art and design professionals has significant value in accurately measuring the quality of education,leading the optimization of teaching,and promoting the overall improvement of the comprehensive quality of art talents.In order to make an in-depth evaluation of the training effect of art and design professionals with multidimensional analytic hierarchy process,the designed evaluation system covers students’comprehensive quality,professional basic knowledge and practice,innovation ability and innovation results,social recognition and employment prospects,and teaching and teacher level.Weight ranking analysis shows that innovation ability is the core link in the training effect of art and design professionals,while practice link,graduation project,student employment rate and social recognition form the secondary key link.The construction of the evaluation index system should adhere to the core principles of“student-centered,result-oriented and continuous improvement”,and constantly promote the improvement and innovation of the system to ensure that the education evaluation work can truly serve the overall improvement of the quality of talent training.
