摘　　要：癌病毒的发现和癌基因概念的建立是肿瘤生物学和病毒学发展史中的一场伟大革命,对中心法则的拓展具有很大意义,对癌症机理研究具有诸多启迪。本文对劳斯肉瘤病毒到癌基因的发现以及致癌机理这一段生物科学史进行了梳理。The discovery of cancer viruses and the establishment of the oncogene concept are a great revolution in the history of tumor biology and virology as they have great significance in expanding the central dogma and have provided multiple implications for the study of cancer mechanisms.This article reviews the biological history from the Rous sarcoma virus to the discovery of oncogene and the carcinogenic mechanism.
