摘 要:在跨域法治人才培养视角下,“国际经济法”教学亟须创新教学模式。国际经济法学具有跨国性、综合性、强理论性和实践性,加上学生跨域法治思维薄弱、跨域法律实务技能欠缺,导致教学存在湾区特色教学内容难融入、学生跨域法治素养难形塑、跨域法治思维难培养、跨域法律实务技能难提升等问题。为此,应以学生发展为中心,从跨域法律体系、跨域法治素养、跨域法治思维、跨域法律实践能力四个维度,构建“四位一体”教学模式,即双轮驱动融入跨域法内容打造配套资源,三阶浸入形塑跨域法治素养,四度融通培养跨域法治思维,五环相扣提升跨域法律实务技能。The cultivation of cross-domain legal talents urgently requires innovative teaching models for international economic law.The subject of international economic law is characterized by transnationality,comprehensiveness,strong theoreticality,and practicality.Coupled with weak cross-domain legal thinking,and lack of cross-domain legal practical skills,the teaching faces challenges such as difficulties in integrating content with characteristics of the Bay Area,shaping students’cross-domain legal literacy,cultivating cross-domain legal thinking,and improving cross-domain legal practical skills.To this end,a“four-dimensional integrated”teaching model should be constructed centered on student development,encompassing four dimensions:cross-domain legal systems,cross-domain legal literacy,cross-domain legal thinking,and cross-domain legal practical abilities.Specifically,this involves leveraging a dual-track approach to integrate cross-domain legal content and create supporting resources,adopting a three-stage immersion method to shape cross-domain legal literacy,fostering cross-domain legal thinking through four-dimensional integration,and enhancing cross-domain legal practical skills through a five-linked approach.
