摘　　要：“1+X”证书与专业人才培养融通对提高人才培养质量具有重要意义。以渤海船舶职业学院汽车检测与维修技术专业为例,从“X”证书的确定、课程体系中融入“X”证书内容、建立德技双修的人才评价体系等几个方面阐述1+X证书制度背景下复合型人才培养策略。结果表明,1+X证书制度背景下进一步深化复合型人才培养,可以大大提高人才培养质量。The integration of"1+X"certificates with professional talents cultivation is crucial for enhancing the quality of talents training.Taking automobile testing and maintenance technology major of Bohai Shipbuilding Vocational College as an example,this paper expounds the strategy of compound talents training under the background of the 1+X system from several aspects,such as the determination of the"X"certificates,the integration of the content of the"X"certificate into the curriculum system,and the establishment of a talents evaluation system for the dual training of moral and technical skills.The results show that further deepening the reform of compound talents cultivation under the background of the 1+X certificate system can greatly improve the quality of talents training.
