摘　　要：原发于泌尿生殖道的恶性淋巴瘤少见,下尿路的原发性恶性淋巴瘤更为罕见,本文报道1例女性原发性尿道弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤。患者进行性排尿困难,超声提示尿道内口突入膀胱,内见少量血流信号。遂行经尿道膀胱颈部肿物切除术,术后病理确诊弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤,非特指型。术后接受4个疗程R-CHOP方案化疗。术后随访6个月,患者排尿症状缓解,未见复发和转移。Genitourinary tract malignant lymphoma is rare,and primary malignant lymphoma of the lower urinary tract is even rarer.This article reported a female patient with primary diffuse large B-cell lymphoma in the urethra.The patient was admitted due to progressive dysuria,because ultrasound indicated a lesion in the urethra,transurethral resection of the lesion was performed,which revealed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma of the urethra.R-CHOP chemotherapy regimen of four cycles was performed after surgery,and urination symptoms relieved.There was no recurrence or metastasis after 6 months of follow-up.
