摘　　要：乳酸菌能平衡肠道菌群,减少脂肪堆积,提高机体对糖类、蛋白质、脂肪的分解能力,增强机体免疫能力;在作为DNA载体活菌抗原载体、吸收重金属方面也取得了一定成果;临床上常用于治疗结肠炎、肠道内毒素疾病、免疫性疾病、肿瘤和重金属中毒等。现对乳酸菌的药理活性及临床应用进行综述,为乳酸菌的深入研究和应用提供参考。Lactic acid bacteria can balance intestinal flora,reduce fat accumulation,improve the body′s ability to decompose sugars,proteins and fats,strengthen the body′s immune system,and achieve certain results in the aspects of living bacterial antigen carriers as DNA carrier and absorption of heavy metals.It is commonly used in the treatment of colitis,intestinal endotoxin diseases,immune diseases,tumors and heavy metal poisoning.This paper reviews the pharmacological activity and clinical application of lactic acid bacteria,providing a reference for its further research and application.
