摘 要:原发性肝胆肿瘤具有起病隐匿、进展快、预后差等特征,是常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤。循环肿瘤细胞检测具有无创、实时、动态等优势,在肿瘤转移机制研究、诊断、治疗中显示出重要作用与前景。加之循环肿瘤细胞携带的肿瘤基因组及表达谱等信息,使其成为精准医学时代原发性肝胆肿瘤有效的标志物与研究工具。本文综述了循环肿瘤细胞检测技术及泛癌研究、肝胆肿瘤循环肿瘤细胞研究进展、循环肿瘤细胞分子水平检测进展等。Primary hepatobiliary tumors,the common malignant tumors of the digestive system,are characterized by insidious onset,rapid progression and poor prognosis.The detection of circulating tumor cells has the advantages of non-invasive,real-time and dynamic,and has shown an important role and prospect in the research of metastatic mechanism,diagnosis and treatment of tumor.In addition,the tumor genome and expression profile carried by circulating tumor cells make it an effective marker and research tool for primary hepatobiliary tumors in the era of precision medicine.In this paper,we review the detection technology of circulating tumor cells,the research progress of circulating tumor cells in pan-cancer and hepatobiliary tumors,and the advances of molecular level detection of circulating tumor cells,and the future research prospects as well.
