天津市河北区孵化载体发展现状及对策研究

摘　　要：为顺应创新2.0时代用户创新、开放创新、协同创新、大众创新的趋势,更好地推进孵化载体高质量发展,天津市河北区积极打造创新型科技孵化载体,对当前孵化载体现状进行研究,通过总结现有孵化载体总体概况、发展特点、优势特色及存在问题,提出了指导区域孵化载体实现良性发展的对策建议。In order to conform to the trend of user innovation,open innovation,collaborative innovation and mass innovation in the era of innovation 2.0,Tianjin Hebei District actively builds innovative incubation carriers.In order to better promote the high-qualitydevelopment of incubation carriers,this article analyzes the current situation of incubation carriers in Hebei District,and summarizes the general situation,development characteristics,advantages and problems of the existing.Countermeasures and suggestions to guide the benign development of regional incubation carriers are proposed.
