摘 要:通过试验研究对比了不同类型(氧化锌、二氧化钛、多壁碳纳米管、功能化多壁碳纳米管)不同质量分数(0.002 8%、0.014 3%、0.028%和0.143%)纳米流体对水基钻井液流变性能和滤失性能的影响,以及高温高压下聚合物复合材料对其性能的影响。试验结果表明,水基钻井液流变特性和过滤性能随着纳米流体浓度的增大而增大,其中功能化多壁碳纳米管(F-MWCNTs)纳米流体改善水基钻井液性能参数最好。同时在高温高压下,聚合物(ACN-co-VP)/沸石复合材料可以明显改善纳米流体水基钻井液的流变特性,如增大塑性黏度、屈服点、滤液体积,提高纳米水基钻井液热稳定性及钻井效率,降低对地层伤害程度。The effects of different types(zinc oxide,titanium dioxide,multi walled carbon nanotubes,functionalized multi walled carbon nanotubes)and different mass fractions(0.0028%,0.0143%,0.028%,and 0.143%)of nanofluids on the rheological and filtration properties of water-based drilling fluid are compared through experimental research,as well as the influence of polymer composite materials on their properties under high temperature and pressure.The experimental results show that the rheological properties and filtration performance of water-based drilling fluid increase with the increase of nanofluid concentration,among which functionalized multi walled carbon nanotubes(F-MWCNTs)nanofluids have the best performance parameters for improving water-based drilling fluid performance.At the same time,under high temperature and pressure,polymer(ACN-co-VP)/zeolite composite materials can significantly improve the rheological properties of nanofluid water-based drilling fluid,such as increasing plastic viscosity,yield point and filtrate volume,improving the thermal stability of nanofluid water-based drilling fluid and drilling efficiency,and reducing the degree of formation damage.
