摘　　要：目的探讨儿童卵黄囊瘤(YST)的超声特征表现及诊断价值,提高术前超声诊断YST准确率。方法回顾性分析经病理确诊的29例YST患儿的临床表现、实验室检查结果及超声声像图特征,总结分析漏诊、误诊原因。结果29例患儿中,超声正确诊断25例,漏诊1例,误诊3例,准确率为86.21%。所有患儿初次就诊时的血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)水平检测结果均明显升高,均>1000 ng·mL^(-1)。结论超声检查对儿童YST的诊断具有重要的临床应用价值,结合AFP水平检测结果显著升高可提高术前超声诊断准确率,有助于早期识别和确诊YST。Objective To investigate ultrasonographic features and diagnostic value of pediatric yolk sac tumor(YST),and to improve the accuracy of preoperative ultrasonographic diagnosis of YST.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on clinical manifestations,laboratory test results,and ultrasonographic features of 29 children with YST confirmed by pathology,and the reasons for missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis were summarized.Results Among the 29 pediatric patients,25 cases were correctly diagnosed by ultrasonography,1 case was missed,and 3 cases were misdiagnosed,with a compliance rate of 86.21%.The serum alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)levels of all children were significantly elevated at the time of initial consultation,all greater than 1000 ng·mL^(-1).Conclusion Ultrasonography has an important clinical application value in the diagnosis of YST in children.The combination of significantly elevated AFP levels can improve the accuracy of preoperative ultrasonographic diagnosis,which is helpful for early diagnosis and confirmation of YST.
