中医专硕研究生培养模式的探索

摘　　要：将中医硕士专业学位研究生(以下简称“专硕研究生”)培养与住院医师规范化培训相衔接是中医培养临床医疗人才的一种新模式,但从实际情况看,当前中医专硕研究生毕业后的实际临床诊疗能力与培养预期有着很大差距。因此,文章从“锻炼学生临床实践能力”这一主体及“培养中医思维”“注重西医知识传授”“借现代医学科学诠释中医理论”这三个基本点出发,阐述在中医专硕研究生培养工作中的心得体会,以期为中医专硕研究生的培养工作提供参考。The combination of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)professional postgraduate training and resident training is a new model of TCM clinical medical personnel training.However,there is a big gap between the actual clinical diagnosis and treatment abil-ity of TCM professional postgraduate students after graduation and the training expectation.Therefore,this article expounded the expe-rience in the training of professional master of traditional Chinese medicine from the main body of“training students’clinical practice ability”,“training of traditional Chinese medicine thinking”,“paying attention to the teaching of Western medicine knowledge”and“interpreting the theory of traditional Chinese medicine by modern medical science”,in order to provide reference for TCM profes-sional postgraduate training.
