摘 要:人工智能技术涉及了信息学、生物学、逻辑学等多学科的广泛交叉,近年来在医疗领域中的应用受到了广泛关注。电子病历包含了大量的医疗数据,具有潜在的不可估量的医学价值,通过人工智能技术挖掘其潜在的价值,能够辅助临床医生进行决策,提高诊疗效率和服务质量,对医疗卫生领域的发展有重大意义。由此,本文介绍了人工智能技术在电子病历数据挖掘及病历内涵质控中的应用实践。同时也探讨了目前存在的局限性和挑战,并对未来的发展进行了展望。Artificial intelligence technology encompasses a broad intersection of disciplines including informatics,biology,and logic,and its application in the healthcare field has garnered significant attention in recent years.Electronic medical records(EMRs)contain vast amounts of medical data with potentially immeasurable medical value.Utilizing artificial intelligence technology to mine this potential value can assist clinicians in decision-making,improve diagnostic and treatment efficiency,and enhance service quality,which is of great significance for the development of the healthcare sector.This paper introduces the application of artificial intelligence technology in data mining of electronic medical records and quality control of medical record content.It also discusses the existing limitations and challenges,while providing insights into future developments.
