广州市某三甲医院员工营养知识及现状调查分析

摘  要:目的营养知识在预防疾病发生、促进患者康复、提高医疗质量中扮演着不可或缺的重要作用。医务人员能否掌握正确的营养知识,对患者疾病康复的营养支持与营养宣教具备重要的作用,因此,调查医务人员对营养知识的掌握至关重要,利用本调查了解广州市某三甲医院医务人员的营养知识、态度和膳食行为现状。方法采用问卷调查法的方式,对广州市某三甲医院部分医务人员进行营养知识及行为的抽样调查。问卷内容包括营养知识掌握情况、营养行为习惯等方面。结果医务人员营养知识平均正确率为49.72%。约68%医务人员对营养知识的学习热情很高,态度鲜明,认识到位,具备较高的职业素质,44%的被调查者认为目前社会舆论对营养的宣传力度不够,导致营养知识缺失,也导致医务人员实际的饮食情况不容乐观而得不到重视。结论加强医务人员营养知识培训,改进饮食结构,生活方式,可以健康医务人员体魄,亦有助于帮助患者营养宣教,建立正确的营养观念,改善健康状态。Objective Nutrition plays an indispensable role in disease prevention,recovery,and medical improvement.The ability of medical staff to master correct nutrition knowledge plays an important role in nutritional support and education for disease recovery.This survey aims to invest the nutritional knowledge,attitudes,and dietary behaviors of medical staff in a tertiary hospital in Guangzhou.Methods Questionnaire surveys is conducted as a sampling survey for nutritional knowledge and behavior in medical staff,including the mastery of nutrition knowledge,nutritional behavior habits,and others.Results Accuracy Rate of nutrition knowledge was only 49.72%in medical staff while 68%present with high enthusiasm for learning nutrition knowledge.Forty-four percent believe that the current public opinion lacks sufficient promotion of nutrition,resulting in a lack of nutrition knowledge and attention to the actual dietary situation.Conclusion Improvement of nutrition knowledge training,dietary structure and lifestyle of medical staff,could promote both their physical health and their patients′health status.
