摘　　要：家用便携式医疗电子设备主要特征是体积小、携带方便、操作智能简单,其使用的印制电路板(PCB)为刚挠结合板(R⁃FPCB)和高密度互连(HDI)板。以一款应用于家用便携式医疗电子设备的10层三阶HDI R-FPCB为例,就此类产品的制作工艺以及技术难点做了详细阐述,希望能够为业界同行提供一定的参考。The primary characteristics of portable household medical electronic devices are their compact size,ease of portability,and user-friendly intelligent operation.These devices employ rigid-flex printed circuit boards(PCBs)and high-density interconnector(HDI)boards.This article selects a 10-layer,third-order HDI and rigid-flex PCB(R⁃FPCB)product,designed for use in portable household medical electronics,as an example,and provides a detailed explanation of the manufacturing processes and technological challenges associated with such products,aiming to offer valuable insights and references for industry peers.
