摘　　要：建设中国化时代化的马克思主义民族理论与政策学科,是新时代民族学学科优化调整的内在要求,也是政治、理论和现实发展带来的历史与实践逻辑的必然要求。对此,应该在坚持“两个结合”中不断明晰新时代马克思主义民族理论与政策的学科内涵与定位、学科知识与范畴、学科价值与使命,在传承发展马克思主义民族理论基本原理的知识基础上,创新推动学科建设。要突破传统民族理论受苏联影响比较深的政策话语取向,更加注重学术规范性和学理话语取向;要聚焦马克思主义民族理论与政策在知识生产与传播上的中国化时代化经验,遵循民族学学科知识发展的基本规律,规范民族理论与民族政策的基本概念,丰富和发展习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想在民族领域的基本理论体现;要把理论创新视作课程建设、教材建设、培养方案建设一体化推进的重要内容,推动马克思主义民族理论与政策由政策话语向学术话语转变。守正不守旧、创新不翻新,要以学科建设思维、历史与逻辑相统一的思维、铸牢中华民族共同体意识的主线思维推动建设中国化时代化的马克思主义民族理论与政策学科,使其在应有的广域学科思维视角下焕发新的生机和活力。The construction of the sinicized and modernized Marxist ethnic theory and policy discipline is the internal requirement of the optimization and adjustment of the ethnology discipline in the new era, and also the inevitable requirement of the historical and practical logic brought about by the development of politics, theory and reality. As a result, we should constantly clarify the discipline connotation and orientation, discipline knowledge and category, discipline value and mission of the Marxist ethnic theory and policy in the new era by adhering to the “two combinations”, and promote the discipline construction on the basis of inheriting and developing the basic principles of the Marxist ethnic theory. We should break through the policy discourse orientation of the traditional ethnic theory deeply influenced by the former Soviet Union, and pay more attention to the academic standardization and theoretical discourse orientation;we should focus on Marxist ethnic theory and policy on the knowledge production and dissemination of sinicization and modernization experience, follow the basic law of ethnology discipline knowledge development, standardize the basic concept of ethnic theory and ethnic policy, enrich and develop Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era in the basic theory in the ethnic field;we should regard theoretical innovation as an important part of the integration of curriculum construction, teaching material construction and training program construction, and promote the transformation of Marxist ethnic theory and policy from policy discourse to academic discourse. We should keep the correctness instead of keeping the old, make innovation instead of renovation, and we should promote the construction of the discipline of Chinese and modernized Marxist ethniic theory and policy with the thinking of discipline construction, the thinking of the unity of history and logic, and the thinking of the main line of fostering the strong sense of community for the Chines
